PrEP stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. PrEP is a medication that you can take that helps reduce your risk of contracting HIV. There are two ways PrEP can be taken:

INJECTION

Your provider injects
into the buttock muscle.
First two shots: monthly.
After: every other month.
